The water heater's model and serial numbers are located on the Rating Plate. The Rating Plate is an adhesive sticker located in the top center of the warning labels. The model and serial numbers are listed directly beneath the Bradford White manufacturing facility address.
To Determine the Age of Your JETGLAS® Water Heater
The below information is intended to assist you in identifying the year and month in which your water heater was manufactured.
EXAMPLE:
In Serial No: AH6511396 --> A=2024 & H=August
Jetglas® uses a 20 Year letter designation rotation in serial numbers. Therfore, please be aware that water heaters manufactured 20 years apart will have the same serial number number "letter year" designation (i.e. A = 2024 and 2004)
